Installation problem

Hi
I'm sorry to disturb you,
but I would like to try articulate storyline solution and it doesn't work.
I have downloaded this morning the installer on articulate website (the trial version, for 30 days).
I have followed this support article (http://www.articulate.com/support/kb_article.php?product=st1&id=dum5v5l5e7vq)
and when I'm at the step 4 "When installation is complete, double-click the Articulate Storyline icon on your desktop to launch the software.",
nothing occurs ...
Why ?
I give you my configuration :
- Windows 7 (32 bit)
- Office 2007 SP3
- Processor : (*2) Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T9400 @ 2.53GHz, 2527 MHz
- Memory (RAM) : 4 Go

Thank you very much for your reactivity.
This link effectively pointed a thing
which was not correct in my environment.
Unfortunately,
it doesn't still work :
when I click the application, in the task manager,
I see the process starting, then breaking off by itself,
without ever showing an error message.
Have you another idea ?

If you wouldn't mind submitting a support case, we'll be glad to take a look. Please make sure to include your system details, whether you are working on a network and have admin access. Are you behind a firewall? A proxy? etc.
