Installation Problem

I'm trying to test 360. I've successfully downloaded the S/W. I've then installed all four programs. Following each installation I receive a message that it was successfully installed. When I try to open the S/W I receive an error message that the installation was incomplete. I've removed the program and re-installed it, no difference. I've confirmed that my Window is up-to-date and supports 360. I've left a phone message with tech support and submitted a ticket. Any suggestions, other than buy a used version of Studio 13?
