We are using Articulate Story files in Moodle as SCORM files, have set up a results slide indicating the data we want collected. The problem we have is that if a student answers a question more than once, each response is recorded and then gets pushed into the next column in the Interactions Report. The result is a spreadsheet that is not organized at all.

That sounds like something that you'll want to check in with your Moodle team in regards to how the data is being placed into that report.
