Good Morning Omar, and welcome to Heroes!
The first step is to determine whether this behavior is specific to your LMS or to your Storyline content, and the best way to do that is to test your Storyline output at SCORM Cloud, which is an industry-standard tool for testing SCORM output.
If the problem is reproducible at SCORM Cloud, we want to know about it! However, if the problem is isolated to your specific LMS, you'll want to work closely with your LMS provider to see what might be causing the problem.
Please let us know if you need anything else, and have a great day!
Good morning Justin
The problem only happen in internet explorer, the course run great in the scorm cloud, in firefox and chrome.
Thanks for testing this out in SCORM Cloud for us, Omar.
Can you please send us a copy of your .story project file so that we can perform further testing on our end? Thanks!
