Internet Explorer playback issues
Feb 05, 2015
Hi all,
I am new to the community and the organization in which I work has users accessing content published from Storyline. There are several interactions used in these courses - text boxes, sliders, tabs, etc. - and they work smoothly in Google Chrome and when previewed directly from Storyline, however some of our users say some interactions don't work in the courses when they use Internet Explorer. I'm not sure how to troubleshoot this as I am not running into these issues when I try on IE. Is this an IE compatibility issue?

One last thing I should add is that these courses are taken directly from a LMS - would this be an issue on their end then?
Thanks!
Hi Brian,
Welcome to the community! As Matthew mentioned you'll want to narrow it down to the IE version they're using, and the Flash player installed. Also some LMSs may require javascript, so they'd need that enabled in their LMS as well. You could use a site such as supportdetails.com to help quickly and easily gather the information from your users.
Thanks for the responses! I'll check everything out. Much appreciated.
