Articulate 360 and IE and our LMS

Currently we have a course that has been uploaded to our LMS (ComplianceWire) and there have been reports from some users who are not able to run it properly from Internet Explorer. This course runs fine using Chrome. Does anyone know why this happens for some users when trying to run this from IE? Any particular settings that may have to be updated, etc.?

Hi there Nina!  Great idea to test it out in SCORM Cloud.

I would also see if you can find out the following:

  • What was your publishing format - HTML5 only, HTML5/Flash fallback, etc ?
  • What version of Internet Explorer are your users running?
  • Do they have Flash Player enabled?

Finding common ground will help to determine some next steps.
