As you can see by the screen shot, the content is not sizing correctly for the iPad iOS 13 Safari browser. The content is cut off on both the left and the right.
This issue is happening on content published using Storyline 2 Rel 7 and Storyline 2 Rel 10, played via an LMS.
Sorry you've come across this problem, and I'm so glad you reached out to our Engineers. I see you’re already working with Eric to see if we could isolate the cause of the sizing.
We've come across this issue too. It's because iOS 13 has been updated to provide a 'desktop-class' browsing experience. The workaround, although not ideal, is to click on the 'Aa' icon in the address bar and select 'Request mobile website'.
