Articulate Mobile Player on Ipad Air IOS 8 : annot download the content

Hello everyone,
1/ We try to use Storyline 2 with Articulate Mobile Player on Ipad Air IOS 8.
We try with 3 differents contents (not import from Studio)
It doesn't work. Immediatly AMP launch the windows with this message :
"Cannot Download Content:
Articulate Mobile Player cannot download the content because one or more of the files cannot be found."
Internet connection is Ok / upload on serveur is OK.
Version of AMP : 3.20 (12 nov. 2014)
Version of Ios : 8.1.2 (12B440)
2/ We try to use an Ipad2 with IOS 7 with the same content on the same serveur : IT WORKS ! even the off line functionality. (the 1st download put the error message but the download was OK and for the next downloads no error message)
Is there a bug in AMP with Ios 8 ? Or we need to do a special parameters ?

Thanks for your quick answer. I read the thread but I don't have video in my content and I have the last AMP version (3.20).
The windows with message error arrive very quickly after trying to download the content.
Is there other people with the same problem ?

What update of Storyline 2 are you running? There were issues launching content in iOS8, but those were fixed in update 1 detailed here.
The error message you shared typically indicates that one of the following is true:
First, ensure that your mobile device is connected to the Internet. If the error persists, upload the published output to the server again. You may also want to try another server just to confirm that's not playing a role. I'd suggest using a site such as Tempshare.
