Ipad and Internet Explore issue

Hi,

I have uploaded a Storyline file to my website and it's working fine. But when I try to play the content on my Ipad, Android phone or Internet Explore it's not working. On my Ipad I get the message: "Unable to connect to the server" The articulate mobile player is installed and I can play other story files without any problems. 

I can see the first slide from my Storyline lesson in the background so there is some kind of connection. In Storyline I have saved the file as Html5 and Ipad ready so everything should be set up the right way.

Do you know whats wrong?

Thanks for your reply. Here is some more info.

I use a wordpress LMS called Learndash together with Grassblade plugin and the Saltbox LRS.

They are all compatible with Tin Can. You can read more about it here:

Internet Explore is version 8.

Would you mind testing your course in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate-related or if it's on your LMS's side? If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team. The articles here and here may also help clear up common LMS issues.
