iPad SL Display - clarification please...

Hi,

I thought that on the latest version, a "Navigation Tab" was meant to display on standard iPad output.

Am I mistaken?

I appreciate it will not when zoomed, but even when not zoomed, it does not show.

**NOTE - this is an image off a PC, not an iPad, but thought it would appear here. I have a big animated arrow pointing up here, and v/o saying "...up here", so all a bit pointlesss at the moment, as it's not
