Is there a Find and Replace option for Closed Captioning in Articulate 360?

In my closed captioning, I use several words that are common to the company or course more than once and was wondering if there is a feature to easily find these and replace them. The find and replace for the course does not check the closed captioning to my knowledge. Help anyone?

Hi Patti - I might

Export the captions to a .vtt file
Open the .vtt file in MS Word, perform the Find\Replace, save as new .vtt file
Import the new .vtt file with the replaced captions

Would that work? Might have more robust editing and find\replace capabilities there. Let us know :)

Export Closed Captions to a .vtt File

This exports the captions for the selected video. If there are multiple videos, it appears each will have to be exported separately. Hope that helps!
