The way the course I am developing works is that a learner will watch a screen recording showing them how to use new software while captions are being displayed for the hearing impaired.. The big problem with this happens when a user accidentally clicks the screen recording and pauses it and the timeline of the captions continues to play. is there any way to remove controls from a screen recording so that when a user clicks it does not cause it to pause throwing off the timing of the course and confusing the learner? Thanks in advance.
You can create a HOTSPOT filling the whole screenrecording area that does not have any triggers on it. This way when they accidentally click on the screenrecording, it won't pause.
