This may be a crazy question - but I'm asking any way :) I am in a situation where I can't get access to the source files for a course , and I need to be able to tell if it was created using Storyline 2 or Storyline 3. The real question is this... with the demise of Flash, will an older course that was created in Storyline 2 eventually run into problems when launched in an LMS and viewed in a web browser (e.g. Chrome or IE)?
Another option in your published output, in Storyline 2 if you published with HTMl5 and Flash, you'd see these files:
story.html and story_html5.html
With Storyline 3, you'll see the following:
story.html, story_flash.html and story_html5.html
I also use Google Chrome to view the majority of courses, and from their menu, you can choose: View -> Developer -> View Course and you'll see the build number listed near the top.

Awesome! Thank you both for this information!
