I'd like to be able to see how questions get answered when it comes to the tests so I can evaluate how effective they are or if they are 'bad' questions. I'd also like to use the survey template but don't know where the responses go. I'm working with Storyline 2.
The reporting of answers is entirely dependent on your LMS and how they'll utilize the information Storyline shares in the SCORM package. Some LMSs also have different requirements in regards to which SCORM version to use as a part of publishing - so that'll also determine what data is shared. You can see the general data Storyline will report here.
You could always look at testing a course at SCORM Cloud as it's an industry standard for LMS content and use that as a baseline for discussions with your LMS team.
You can certainly use a Survey slide to collect learner responses, and you'll want to use a Survey Results Slide to send that data to the LMS. Again, you'll want to confirm that your LMS will make that data available to you.
