issue in downloading articulate 360

Hello Team,

I downloaded articulate 360 on my laptop, i received a popup that says the tool is installed but when i click on the icon it inst opening.

I deleted and downloaded articulate multiple times after that, it says that the articulate is already installed and it doesn't open.

Kindly help me rectify the issue
