Issue when trying to add closed captions

Hello everybody,

I try to add closed captions in a module containing audio, developped with Storyline 360.

When I click the 'add caption' button, I have the following error message:
something went wrong with Articulate Storyline and it might close.

What can I do to solve this problem?

Sorry you're running into that error message, Isabelle!

Is this happening in all Storyline 360 files, or only a particular one? If it's the former, a simple repair might fix this issue. If it's the latter, please try to import the content into a new Storyline project to see if it fixes this issue.

I have reinstall Storyline 360 and it works well now.
