Hi, my slide layers have multiple text which are triggered. On exporting the file to word, the snapshots appear with all the text overlapping each other. Is there any workaround for this?
What I normally do is separate all the layers as slides and save it as a separate file from the interactive presentation. I would just build each slide as how I would want them to appear on the print.
When you publish to Word, the resulting document will have a screenshot of each slide's base layer by default.
If you also want to include a screenshot of the other layers associated with each slide, you can mark the box to include them.
Layer screenshots will appear after the associated base layer in the Word document.
If your layers are set up to show things from the slide's base layer, that will also appear in the Word output. You could adjust how it's shown by changing what you see in Storyline and hide all the base layer items on your slide layers using the Layer properties or the 👁 icon within the timeline.
Let us know if it continues to misbehave and we can take a look at your .story file as well!

I hope this helps.
