Issue whith Articulate Player on IOS and Chrome

I'm having and issue with Chrome in IOS.

When I load the web of my Storyline project on Chrome, the launch screen only appears about one seccond and inmediatly appears the download screen for Articulate player (of course I had installed the player previously), no time to push the launch button.
There is no issue in Safary browser.
Any solution for this?

If you're running iOS 9 or later, this was an issue fixed in a recent update to Storyline 2. Check out this article for more information and how to update your software and courses. Let me know if you have questions! :)

Yes, I know. I updated to last version of Storyline, I'm open my project and plublish again, and the issue not is solved.

I'de like to ask a couple more questions to see if we can nail this down. What iOS version are you running? What environment are you publishing for and where are you hosting your course? You mentioned that the issue only happens when accessing in Chrome, is your Chrome app up-to-date on the iPad? Would you mind sharing your .story project file here so I can do some testing?
