Issue with Articulate Loading

Hi There
I have been working with a student who cannot seem to view a Storyline file. When she opens it it gets stuck loading and just does not open. Here is what we have done so far:
- It was posted in Moodle, so I made a different version and posted it in Drive and the same issue occurred.
- She is using Windows 8 and tried it with Chrome, Firefox and Safari.
- She has cleared her browser cache and made sure the browsers, Flash and Java are all uptodate.
I feel like I am missing something....any ideas?

I know there have been recent posts about issues with content posted in Drive. Have you tried uploading the content to Scormcloud for testing?
Thank you Wendy. I will give it a try, but it was not working for the student in Moodle either so I wondering if there is another issue :(

Hi Anwen!
Wendy's solution is what I would recommend as well. Let us know what you find in your testing. Are you able to re-create the issue that the user is experiencing?

I used SCORM Cloud - thank you for introducing me to this site!
There does not appear to be any issues with the SCORM package that I uploaded. I have invited the student who is having issues viewing and we will see if she is still having an issue. If so, I think we can safely say it is on her end. :)
