My team and I are having an issue with certain slides loading slow/appearing white for several seconds before completely loading in preview and when published. I have made new slides with the same content/graphics and the issue continues to happen. See the attached images for an example. What can I do?
Hi, David -- Sorry to hear of your troubles and thank you for reaching out! May I ask if you are finding the same behavior when you test your published output in the intended environment or where it will ultimately be accessed by your learners? You may also want to take a look at these troubleshooting measures to see if you find improvement.
I did some troubleshooting and learned that the issue was only happening on a certain set of master slides. I made a new set and the issue was resolved. I can't quite determine what was happening. There was nothing different about the image file types on this particular set of master slides/the timeline.

Hi David,
You'll also want to confirm that you're working on local project files as working off a network/shared drive is known to cause issues with the .story files and how they behave.
