Hi, I am having an issue with interactions on iOS. I have set up a simple slide (screenshot attached) where users click on the shape and it opens up a layer for explanation. This works fine on Android but not on iOS. Has anyone got a fix for this? Thanks.
Sorry to hear you're hitting this snag! Would you be willing to share a copy of your Storyline file here or privately through a support case so we can take a look at it? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
More urgently, we have the same issue with another course which I have attached here, DFW 161222.story where the user cannot go forward from the slide 3.3. It just loads the page with all of the laws mentioned and the user cannot click on anything on the slide. I've attached a video of what the user is experiencing.
The users are using Moodle mobile app with the version iOS version 16.1.1.
There is no issue with Android or Desktop, only with iOS.
Please help with this as half of our users use iOS to access the courses.
I asked the users to restart the course and it works but when it stalls users don't know what to do and it shouldn't happen.
