I am having an issue with text boxes when they are imported as part of a ppt presentation. Some text boxes change to images while others remain text boxes that I can edit. Does this have anything to do with the master slides in the PPT presentation that I am importing?
Did the text boxes contain anything like Wordart, or have shapes around them? Those will come in as an image, and if you need to this thread has a solution to copy it out of the image back into text if you have Windows OneNote. The other thought is if the text boxes held tables within them.

Hi, Nate, and again welcome. This has happened to me, so you are not alone. I wasn't able to find a rhyme or reason for it, and so just had to work around it. But all in all, SL does do a good job of importing PPT assets.
