Issue with Quiz to Result Slide navigation

Hello everybody,
Since Version 3.43. from August 18th 2020 and also for the new Version 3.44., we are experiencing this issue:
In the published version of the training module the following happens:
When the user takes the finale Assessment-Quiz he gets stuck on the last page of the Quiz and the result slide does not show. Sometimes it helps to exit and if you return you will move on to the result slide, but sometimes you get stuck again. Also this issue does not appear every time you take the training, but sometimes.
Our workaround for this problem is to publish our modules with the older version 3.42. from August 4th 2020. Then this issue doesn't appear.
Is anyone else having this problem? Any ideas how to solve it?

I'm having the same issue. My course is getting stuck at the last question when hitting submit and the result slide never pops up.
