Issue with Video on iPad 10.3.3 in SL 360

Hi There,

We have developed a module in Articulate 360 with multiple video integrated in it. We have tried using both the options for videos; to play automatically and also from trigger.

When viewed on desktop and android mobile all works fine, but when tested on iPad IOS version 10.3.3 only the first video plays, when we click on menu and jump to another video slide the video doesn't play and only other elements appears which are placed on main timeline along with the video.

We have checked all the triggers and settings to solve this issue but, nothing is working. Hence, requesting you guys to provide a useful solution for this.

Hi, Kailas! Really sorry you're having trouble viewing videos on an iPad running that iOS version.
