Storyline3, html5 only, IPAD2, no sound Sep 15, 2017 By bu jingbo Dear Support team, I need a help. Storyline3,html5 only, IPAD2, no sound iPad 2 with ios 10.3.3. The course plays just fine, but there is no sound. On the other iPad I've tested the course with, everything is fine.

Can you share your unpublished .story project file here so I can do some testing? You can add it as an attachment right to a comment: Also- what iOS is the iPad that you could hear the audio on? And what browser are you viewing the course in? Thanks!
