we have issues with translations. If we upload a translated Word doc and perform a preview or export, randomly some text is highlighted.
Any clues of what this could or even better how to change?
If we do a preview without changing anything after import it does show correctly. If we do the smallest change possible, like just clicking a text box, without even changing anything, this accours. On some pages only a line, on some the complete text (purple part).
Thanks for sharing the image here. It only shows up after you click on the text in Storyline? What happens if you save the .story file after the import, close it and reopen it? Can you confirm you're working on local project files as detailed here? Have you looked at ensuring there isn't any extra formatting applied within the Word document that could be causing issues? When you conduct the import and export is Word closed? Do you have a sample .story file and .doc file to share with us here?
