I have recently seen various users unable to save their progress. They exit a course, then later will relaunch and it will start them over at the beginning.
It works for some users but not for others. We are using peoplesoft and customers are connecting through Citrix(Xenapp). Has anyone seen issues like this before?
It may be worth testing this in SCORM Cloud to see if this can be reproduced. The articles here and here may also help clear up common LMS issues. Do you know what the users that are having difficulty with have in common?
We have encountered a similar situation. One of our LMS customers has found that, when accessing their SCORMcontent via XenApp and IE10, the content itself runs fine but the results are not being fed back to the LMS.
This customer had help from Articulate to correct their SCORM courses and they work fine on SCORM cloud too. Learners who access the courses outside their Citrix environment (i.e.from their own PCs) do not experience any issue. The browser version does notseem to be significant. So it seems to be XenApp specific.
We use the Rustici SCORM engine with our LMS so I have of course contacted Rustici as well. I just wonder whether anyone else has seen this sort of issue, and if so - have you managed to resolve it?
It's not an issue with Articulate, Rustici or the LMS but of course, we would very much like to help our customer with this.
Many thanks in advance, for any suggestions you might have.
I just wanted to welcome you to the Heroes community and I hope that someone else is able to offer some thoughts here on your set up and ways to assist.
