LMS TRACKING ISSUE IN PeopleSoft LMS

Hi All,
Storyline 2 output in PeopleSoft LMS is not tracking user completion for few users. says, 2000 out out 7000 users. We have tested and enabled all the flash players update but still user progress is not tracking.
Could you please help us to understand the issues, any system related setting, or browser compatibility issues etc. we want to know the scenarios or condition, where, user will access the course from LMS but completion status is not tracking in LMS .

Looks like Wendy has popped in to share a great resource with you.
I would advise testing in SCORM Cloud too. This is what we use to determine if the issue lies within the course or within the LMS.

As I mentioned in above mail that tracking is not working for few users, i have tested the build in scorm cloud and its working fine.
I believe the course we developed is not having any type of tracking issue but want to know the reason why for user's its not working.
Any system configuration is creating the problem for tracking?

We have followed all the settings and its working fine in scorm cloud and some users from peoplesoft.

can you isolate anything in common with the users it is not working for? That would be my starting point to troubleshoot. Good luck

I am really sorry to say that i dont have any single information, i am trying to get the details from the client but they are not ready to share any details
i have asked few questions with them like are they getting the resume function during the revisit but they dont have any info for that.
I am not sure how i can trouble shoot the issues but just want check is there anyone who experienced the same issue in people soft LMS.
Thanks for sharing an update Sinchu. Since you are not able to replicate the issue, you may want to follow up with Peoplesoft as well.
