Issues with an LMS when converting from SL2 to SL360

We recently converted from SL2 to SL360. All is is fine on our LMS; however, things went off the rails on our business partner's LMS (modules not loading, menus not loading, EXIT button not working - all erratically).
All of the Player settings are the same in SL2 and SL360, as are all of the publishing settings. The only change in the stories is that SL350 has a glossary.
We have stabilized the situation on our business partner's LMS by loading the SL2 SCORM.
I placed a support request with Articulate yesterday and have not yet heard back from them.
Any ideas on this would be appreciated.

So sorry you're running into this, but you came to the right place. I can see you've been working with Wilbert in your case, and he's doing some further testing with the recent updates you sent him. I'll keep an eye on your case and share updates here, as needed.

After days of testing we solved the problem - it was the LMS demo site we were using, not our regular production site. The LMS vendor also confirmed this.
