Issues with Audio for screen recording not playing on step by steps

Okay, so here is an odd issue.

When I do a screen recording and insert it as a video, the audio is there.

When I insert the same recording as a step by step, the audio is not there.

All the storyline updates are in place.

Any thoughts?
