Issues with inserting characters from the Library

Feb 12, 2024

I'm having issues this morning with inserting characters from the library. I tried inserting it into a Storyline file, and it keeps putting the image in the top right corner on the second character and then the file freezes. I tried a brand new file, and it does the same. Is anyone else having issues?

I don't have that problem when I insert characters. I suggest you quit Storyline, reopen it, and try again. Also (as the staff would tell you), be sure you're working on your local drive, and that you're signed in.

If the problem still occurs, contact the staff directly: Contact Support for Help with Any Articulate E-Learning Course Development Software

After reporting the issue, I got a reply. To be honest, half of the reply is beyond me. I am pretty good with IT, but the reply wasn't clear and didn't have full details. I'm a little angry, to be honest. Some of us do not have an IT department; we work independently. So my issue hasn't gone away. I've found a work around, as I have deadlines to stick to. I'm saving the figures one by one and then saving them as png's and taking them back into Storyline. Long-winded.

Hi Jennifer!

Thanks for following up!

Taking a look at your case, it appears Johnrey replied to your latest e-mail earlier today (02-20-24). Is there a chance it was diverted to a SPAM folder? I've updated your case with the feedback you shared so Johnrey can be notified that you're having trouble receiving support e-mails.

He should be following up with you again shortly!
