I am putting together some demo's to see the best way to build a series of PPT tutorials that would be viewable on the client's iPad. These need to be published in HTML5 (Mobile App is not an option).
In my trials so far I've found the module freezes on the iPad in both 'View Mode' and 'Try Mode'. I changed the triggers in 'View Mode' to advance when user clicks next, but it still freezes.
Any ideas on how to get the built-in screencasting capability of Storyline to work in HTML5 on the iPad?

Are you using an iPad with iOS 5, by chance? I ask because mobile Safari in iOS 5 cannot play both video and audio simultaneously.
If that doesn't seem to be the problem, can you submit a Support Case and include a copy of your .story file for our team to take a look at?

Thanks for your response, I am using the most current iOS (6.1.2). However, my client may not, so this is a helpful reminder!
