Javascript for recording within articulate by the user

Here is my current layout:

I am wanting the students to be able to click the button and it prompts their browser to ask for permission to video record. 

I understand I will need to follow up with where to save the file, but first, I need to figure out how to make it so when they click the button, it opens their camera to record, and then return to the browser to continue once they are done.

Any suggestions of how I can accomplish this?
