Keep Video on Base Layer Playing While Showing Layers

Hello All,

I have a video on a base layer that I would like to keep playing (because I want the audio to keep playing) while showing layers with graphics.  Is this possible?

I do not have the 'pause timeline of base layer' selected in the layers properties, but it's still pausing the video.

Your help is appreciated!
