There's no trigger that jumps to a specific layer of another slide. You can only jump to the base.
However, you could add a trigger to the content slide that shows a specific layer when the user revisits the slide. But you'd need to use variables and conditions to ensure it works properly, e.g., it shows that layer when the user gets there via the Review Content button. (It all depends on what you're showing and what the other navigation options are.)
BTW, unless the slide has specific triggers to close layers before the user leaves the slide, any layer that's open when they leave the slide will still be open when they return.
