Latest update messing up captions

I noticed a bug in a project I am working on. I have a video with an SRT file on my base layer, then two more layers with the same video, but different SRT files attached to them. My users can choose which language they want to see the captions in. Well, today when I looked at it, I noticed that no matter which language I choose, it shows TWO versions of captions. They're stacked on top of each other. And it may have been my headphones, but the audio was wonky...like it was playing two videos at the same time. Anyway, I fixed this by reverting back to a previous version, but if this could be fixed, that would be great!

Hello community! Me again:) The newest update from August 27th has messed with my captions again. I'm using SRT files that I am getting from a website called Veed. When I preview my video slide, I see the first set of captions, but then they disappear after that. Switching back to the previous version fixed this problem, but just wanted to let you know that it may be a problem for others.

      Hi Bronwyn-Botts,

      Thanks for reaching out!

I'm sorry to hear you hit this snag. Yesterday, we released Update 91, which includes a fix for when only the first line of closed captions is displayed. To take advantage of this fix, you can update your Articulate 360 desktop app. Please let me know if you're still experiencing this issue after updating!

        Hi Bronwyn,

Thanks for submitting a case to our Support team! My colleague Cleo sent an email recommending adding layers and triggers to resolve the issue.

Let me know if you haven't received the email, and I'd be happy to assist.
