Hello, I have a course with multiple hyperlinks to pdf files throughout the course. When the user clicks on the file to open it, it opens in a browser. Is there any way to have the files open in separate pop up windows? My concern is that they will have tons of pages open and it could get confusing and they may exit the course by accident :) Also, they have to be able to print these documents...I know they can do that from the file that opens in the browser window...but if it can open in pop up window- could they still print it? Thanks!! I'm working with Storyline 2.
Thanks for reaching out here. This behavior is controlled on an individual users/browser level so there isn't a way within Storyline's built in set up to tell it to open in a particular way. It may be something that the community users are able to share some ideas around though.
