I need to update an old training and the layers are not working properly. I can't figure out what is going on or correct it. I have tips to hover over and click on. See attached and thanks for any help.
The problem is that the layer sort of sits on top of the base layer. To Storyline, that looks like you are hovering out.
Move your tips to the base layer and set their initial state to hidden, name them Tip 1 and Tip2 in the timeline. Then adjust the triggers for Pictures 2 and 3 to:
Change state of Tip 1 to Normal when the user hovers over Picture 2
Change state of Tip 2 to Normal when the user hovers over Picture 3
