Adding Closed-Captioning with Imported .mp3

Hello, 

I would like to add closed-captioning to my storyline modules; however, we use  voiceover talent for our modules (so we're importing .mp3s). Is there a way to add closed-captioning to our modules without using the text-to-speech voice and having to add them manually?
