Link in my Storyline course will not open no matter what I do. Please help.

Hi Folks:

I have just finished working on a new Storyline course. I have added a link to a Google Forms survey that users are supposed to take after the class. I cannot get this link to work no matter what I try.

Here is how the wizard looks:

When I right-click on the link in the project file, and select open hyperlink, it opens up just fine.  In the published content, nor in the review content, will it work. I read on here that you cannot check links in Review 360, so I actually published the course and loaded it up the LMS. The links don't work there either. I am at the end of my rope, and I'm out of ideas . If anyone has advice I would greatly appreciate it.
