LMS and course exit problems

Hi
Please could someone help me urgently. The client has the „My Learning” LMS from Successfactors, version is B1210. There are 2 modules. The one closes successfully when they close their browser. The second one is the assessment module and I am battling with the quiz results and "complete" status of the course being stored in the LMS. The user goes through the course, presses the browser exit button - but the LMS still says "incomplete".
I have tried changing the settings in the "configuration" file from "scorm recommended" to "Always_Close_Top" etc but no luck.
I have attached the .story file. Please could someone see where I have gone wrong.

Hi Lucia,
Have you already reached out to your LMS team about this particular behavior? You may want to begin by reviewing the troubleshooting steps here, specifically testing it at SCORM Cloud to see how the course behaves there and have some additional information to share with your LMS Team.
