LMS completion issue in HTML 5 version of Storyline 3/360

Hi,
We have a situation, we have created a custom player for one of our client in storyline 3/360. Client use scorm 2004 3rd edition. We have 4 scenarios in which user has to answer few questions in each scenario. On the basis of the correct answers user will get the score. The passing score for the scenario is 80% for each scenario and we are passing the suspend data through java script. After launching the course and visiting all the screens and attempting the scenario questions correctly, the user jumps to the result screen(congratulations screen). There is a HOME button on result screen which takes the user to the main scenario screen, where user gets access to other scenarios and the score of the scenario 1 is sent to LMS. This is the flow for all 4 scenarios. Now the problem is when user exits the course from result screen of scenario 1(congratulations screen), LMS shows correct status as "passed" and "completed" . But if user exits the course from result screen(congratulations screen) of the scenario 1 without clicking the HOME button, and after relaunching course through bookmarking, LMS shows the status of the course as "fail" and "incomplete" even after answering the question correctly. This happens for HTML 5 version only but works absolutely correct for flash version and on Ipad.
Please suggest any solution or let me know what i am missing.

Sorry to hear that you've run into an issue with this.
Are you able to replicate this behavior in SCORM Cloud or is this issue limited to your LMS?

I am checking this on SCORM Cloud only.
I apologize for misunderstanding Pratik - I know you mentioned that you published to SCORM 2004, but thought that was to your own LMS.
If you are able to replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, please attach the .story file for us to take a look.

I have tested the course on IE 11.
Below are the steps to reproduce the issue on SCORM Cloud.
1. Compete the all scenario with 100% in 1st attempt. (At this time success, score and completion is getting properly)
2. Launch the course again and reattempt any scenario and failed that scenario. (Now this time updated success, score and completion is getting properly updated)
3. Again launch the course go to same scenario, and pass that scenario. (Now in this case completion and status is not properly updated on LMS.)

Was there a resolution on this and, if so, what was it?

I took a look at Mahesh's case and it seems that there wasn't a results slide added to track completion of the quiz. Result slides give learners dynamic feedback at the end of quizzes and surveys. They also send reporting and tracking information to learning management systems, including learners' responses and scores.
If you don't want to track using a results slide, you'd need to choose to track by slides viewed instead.
Let us know if you're still running into trouble, it'd be good to test out the course in another environment such as SCORM Cloud.
