LMS Issue

Hi, all.

I've created a training module for employees in our company (annual safety training). A couple of these slides require people to do several things before advancing to the next slide. (On one, they have to check all four boxes indicating agreement, on the other they have to click each of 9 graphical elements.) These work PERFECTLY when I upload it to a web server or run it from my computer in a web browser. When it's run from the LMS, however, you only have to click one before the NEXT button is enabled. This is driving me nuts. Has anybody had any experience with this? (The LMS is Success Factors, by the way.) Thanks...

I appreciate you sharing what you are experiencing and the troubleshooting that you've done so far.

You mention testing in another environment, but I'm curious if this happens in another LMS environment, such as SCORM Cloud? If you can replicate it, please share your .story file with our team here to take a look.
