Hi,
I will let you know the information at the beginning:

In moodle lms I have an activity scorm package made with articulate stroyline which contains material and quizzes. but I have problems in the assessment report and activity completion.
what happens is that some users the value of the scorm does not appear and the activity completion is also not, and sometimes the value appears but the activity completion is not completed. which even though the user has reached above the passing grade and has passed the scorm. but in moodle there are those who read have not passed there are also those who have not recorded the value.
Is there a setting that is affecting the problem I have? Any advice or help is greatly appreciated!

Based on the screenshots that you shared, it looks like you published your course correctly for LMS distribution. I also went through Moodle's online documentation and confirmed that they support SCORM 1.2 packages.
As a troubleshooting step, please try replicating the behavior in SCORM Cloud to see if the issue is LMS specific. Here's a helpful guide on how to test your course in SCORM Cloud. If you are able to replicate the behavior there, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
