I have developed the course using Articulate storyline3,in the master slide I have used Background Image for entire courses, once i published the LMS Package while opening in Intenet Explorer inbetween slides that master background appearing initially this looks not a good , but i didn't get this problem in chrome Browser,so i want solve this problem in IE Kindly Guide me.
You mentioned you published the file for LMS--did you host the published output on your learning management system or on SCORM Cloud?
If you're testing the content locally, you may be encountering security and browser restrictions. So uploading it to SCORM Cloud or any otherLMS will make sure that you can view the content as expected!

Have you looked into the issues with IE11 and compatibility mode as described here?
