LMS Reporting and Tracking

Good day,
Can someone please advise which setting is best for reporting to the LMS attempts of a scorm package. I dont want the score to be overwritten.
We used the Completed/Incomplete setting up until now and we using Edubrite as our LMS. Now we have a mandate to check which learners have struggled with a course but we have no way to view attempts as the lms doesnt keep this data. The Edubrite team mentioned that it is recoring the Scorm .
Is there a way to publish the lesson to get this data?

Thanks for reaching out and asking about the attempts within your LMS.
If you need to control the number of quiz attempts that a learner has for your course, you can certainly do so following this method.
Tracking subsequent attempts and how many attempts are allowed is typically handled by an LMS.
The image you shared above are your reporting options. Which one of these is best can vary by LMS as well. Some LMSs track a completion status and a success status. To send a positive result to your LMS for both statuses when learners pass the course, choose either Passed/Incomplete or Passed/Failed.
