LMS says completed but progress bar says just 17% ?! Mar 31, 2014 By Bram D Hi there, I have a quiz file and a learning file that i call module 1. The learning file has questions in it but you don't get points, because it is just a learning file.. So i've set the tracking to 43 of the 44 slides viewed to complete the course. And the report status to the LMS will be Completed/Incompleted. When I test my course in the LMS system ik get a green indication that says: Completed. But the progress bar will stick on 17%... What is going on here?
Ashley Terwilliger-Pollard Staff 10 years ago04/01/14 at 10:21 am (UTC) Hi Bram, You may want to start by reviewing the troubleshooting article here on tracking/completion issues within an LMS. Have you also tried setting it at 44 out of 44 slides to see if there is a change in the total percent?
