I am facing an issue in sending score to the LMS. I have passed the assessment with 80% and closed the course and relaunched the course and passed assessment with higher percentage, but the LMS was tracking the old score.
If i fail the assessment and passed in 2nd attempt, the score was updating.
Not Storyline, but your own LMS. When you send a passing score and a status of complete, the LMS responds by "turning off" subsequent scored attempts. From that point forward, the learner is in Review mode.
