Our LMS administrators are trying to load a module I have created into LMS for testing however they continue to get an error message (attached)
The module is a copy of another module which loaded fine. I don't know enough about the software to know if it is something within the module itself or if it is an upload issue.
SCORM Cloud is a popular LMS testing tool mentioned frequently here in the forums. Uploading your module to their test environment would help narrow things down a bit. Looking at the screenshot I'm hedging the issue is server side. Good luck
