I produce WHS eLearning modules, recently a client has moved to using the Learnforce 9 application, I have supplied 3 modules to them, all published with the same settings - SCORM 1.2, Reporting and Tracking - Complete / Incomplete.
The first to function normally, the third fails to 'complete' and the user gets an incomplete in their record, Has any dealt with this platform before?
Each LMS uses tracking and reporting standards a little differently, so I recommend reaching out to Learnforce 9 and ask about what specification works best on their platform.
You can also try testing your course in a different environment, such as SCORM Cloud, to confirm the course is reporting as expected. Our support engineers would also be happy to help with testing your files. Feel free to connect with them!
